SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

The deadlines for receiving your order (delivery times) depend on the type of service selected, the country of origin of the products, as well as the country in which you reside.  Delivery periods typically start at 24/48 working hours after the date of purchase. These deadlines exclude weekends and holidays.

During promotion periods, festive periods and special campaigns, deliveries may be delayed. In addition, one or more of the purchased products may not be in stock. Potential delays in delivery can occur for a variety of reasons, such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area. 

Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send the order within the period indicated on the website to the selected delivery method.

HOW LONG DOES ZSMARTBUY NEED TO PREPARE AND SHIP MY ORDER?

Most articles have a preparation time of 24/48 working hours. It is even possible that your order will be shipped on the same day if it only includes products with immediate shipping and has been paid before midday. Please note that the times indicated are guiding and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

TO WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I SHIP MY ORDERS TO?

ZSmartBuy delivers to any part of the world, excluding regions that are limited due to armed and/or commercial or other conflicts. Please note that the order may pass through customs.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY PERIOD?

You can estimate shipping costs and delivery time in the shopping cart on your own when you checkout.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, most of the carriers we work with, in addition to insure orders, provide the tracking number of the goods.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES?

The shipping charges include:

  •  Suitable packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, inner protection, etc.)
  • Transportation
  • Insurance
  • Customs clearance at origin

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)AREA?

In the case of deliveries outside the EU area, customs charges are not included at the place of destination or other taxes (customs). If applied, the customer will be responsible for paying them, as well as the import expenses and taxes generated at the customs of the place of destination, whether or not the products are delivered, whether the customer accepts them or not. We will do everything possible to deliver the parcels within the shortest period of time, but you must take into account the regulations of the country of destination for the importation of the items, as ZSmartBuy will not be responsible for them or for the effects caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances outside its control. ZSmartBuy will not be liable for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any element contained in the order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU NOTICE THAT YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

In the event that there is a need to change some specific data of the shipping addresses, it can be modified if the order has not yet been issued. For this, open an "order not received" incident in the support@zsmartbuy.com. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. In all other cases, the solution will be to cancel the order and create a new one. After a few days, ZSmartBuy will refund you for the cancelled order.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you wish to cancel an order and stop your shipment, you can cancel it within 12 hours after payment to support@zsmartbuy.com

However, we inform you that, due to the high level of automation in the management of orders, the timescale in which an order can be cancelled may be short. The cancellation process is automatic and, for this reason, if the system does not allow a cancellation to be made, this will no longer be possible.

Please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes thoroughly before finalising them.

HOW SHOULD YOU PROCEED WHEN RECEIVING A SHIPMENT?

All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.

ORDER TRACKING

After authorization of payment you will receive an email with the order number. Once the order has been processed, it will be sent and you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment from the warehouse that will include a link or tracking number. We suggest that when purchasing, always provide your main email address and phone number. With this link / number you can know the status and location of your order at any time. When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@zsmart.com with your tracking number included in it.

Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within a few business days.

Depending on the destination, the order may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. Please make sure to double check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.
